Lay Off Me, I'm Starving

I decided against the gym tonight and feel justified since I'm setting up some food rules for myself. No eating after 9pm, no snacking on candy/chocolate, no soft drinks, no fried foods, and no alcohol during the week. The hardest is actually not eating after 9pm. I decided to make exceptions for bananas or apples or something healthy. Anything I can do to get rid of this little belly for marathon season!
