I decided to run today even though it was hot and very humid. It's week 2 of training and I really have to get into gear. Yikes, it was rough out there. I only ran 4 miles and had to stop a few times. Guess my body just isn't used to that heat. Unfortunately, I have 13 and a half more weeks of training left so I have to get used to it. Although, I'll probably stick to the gym during all this humidity.
