Nothing too exciting to mention today. Except that I've been feeling yucky the last couple days. Just sluggish and lightheaded. I'm thinking it might be my diet and how much I've cut out. I stopped drinking soft drinks and lattes (sugar that I don't really need). I also cut out chips and bread which means no sandwiches. But while training for a marathon, those are calories that I need. Probably a bad idea. So I'm making sure I eat enough carbs while still cutting out the empty calories. Hopefully, I'll start feeling more like myself soon.
