Michigan bound

Drove to Michigan today with AJ to visit his family. And it started off horribly of course. My plan was to hop on the bus and pick us up some iced lattes and meet him at his restaurant. But there was horrendous traffic on North Ave. We moved a couple blocks in 30 minutes. So I decided to get off the bus and have him pick me up BUT THEN it started pouring. I mean pooouuuring. And his friend's car was too humid so the windshield was so foggy and wouldn't clear up. Once we hit Indiana though, there was no traffic and clear-ish skies. Jesus. Every time we drive to Michigan, it rains!! Luckily, we found an amazing place to stop.....Quaker Steak and Lube. Yep. A car shop themed restaurant. It was actually hilarious. The food was meh obviously but this place included the word lube into every part of their menu. We finally got to his parents' house around midnight. Time for sleeeeeeep!
