How cool is my new job?? October is wellness month which means a guided meditation class, yoga, massages, etc! Today was guided meditation, which I LOVED. It totally made me relaxed after the weird sleep schedule I've had all week. I downloaded the
headspace app to try and start doing meditation regularly. It was so helpful. I highly recommend it to get rid of stress and chill out a bit. I also added a little Hillary pic to my cube to show support. SHE HAS TO WIN YOU GUYS.
