Quick recipe:
- mix:
- crushed biscoff cookies
- add 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 stick melted butter
- put in bottom of pan under wax sheet
- freeze 10 minutes
- in separate bowl mix:
- 16oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- mix and layer on top of crust
- freeze 1 hour
- in separate bowl, melt chocolate chips
- cut up cheesecake into tiny squares and dip into melted chocolate
- freeze 15 minutes!
